1). Map Editor task is modified.
The opportunity of viewing, editing and saving coordinates of the object chosen on a map (dialog «Editing metrics object») in local system of coordinates according to parameters LCS, installed in the menu Options \ Local coordinate system, is added. The opportunity of loading from files of type МЕТ and XYH of the object coordinates, presented in local system of coordinates in conformity with parameters of LCS, is added. At loading coordinate are automatically recalculated into system of coordinates of a map. For a file of XYH type the opportunity of setting of a line format of a loaded file is added.

2). In the Classifier Editor the opportunity of input of long names (up to 1024 symbols UNICODE) of layers, objects, semantics is added. Long names are applied to display of names in various dialogs of the GIS and formation of the report on the classifier in Word format.

3). Applied tasks: Creation of diagram or graph, Creation of thematic map, Construction of thematic diagrams are modified.
In tasks the option of connection to databases Paradox, MS SQL Server, Oracle, ODBC, OLE DB Provider is added. The user has an opportunity of creation of thematic maps, diagrams and graphs, both by the separate table, and on a data set, created by means of language of queries SQL.

4). The changes into the mechanism of updating of data on coordinates of stations at calculation of several theodolitic courses and adjustment of a polygonal course are made in the task «Geodesy calculations». At repeated calculation of a course (a part of a polygonometry), being the initial information for other courses (parts), automatic replacement of coordinates of reference points and recalculation of coordinates of all other stations will be done. The opportunity of management by a variant of creation of picket points and their characteristics (a point, a title of name, a title of height) is added at mapping in the form of separate objects or in the form of a uniform set of objects. Recording into semantics of picket of its field code (a key of object) is added.
In the «Geodesy editor» task the changes into all modes of processing of coordinates from exchange files are made, drawing of pickets onto a map can be carried out in view of settings of LCS. In all modes of formation of reports (not only the «Land-plan») settings of LCS are used, data on a map can be presented in the state system of coordinates, and into the report may be put in LCS. Functions of a mode "Editing of REGISTRATION DATA (DBF)" are expanded, the opportunity of formation of the surveying plan by the registration data entered in DBF is added.

5). Converter of import of data from format DGN (MicroStation) is modified.
Processing in DGN file of data of ellipse type and complex objects (blocks) is added, the settings information is modified - objects are retain the division by layers and get a various kind for each layer, on the basis of a setup file. The control of duplication of objects is added.

6). The new mode of building a matrix of a surface is added (a matrix of qualities MTQ or matrixes of heights MTW) - to build "Inside subjects of square object". The mode allows to construct the matrix containing some of separate filled areas.

7). Map Legend task is modified.
The mode is added: Choice and setting of structure of layers of the classifier (model) on the Map bookmark for simplification of work with the big classifiers having tens of layers.

8). Atlas of map task is modified.
The opportunity to group a map, rasters, matrixes and projects in the form of a tree for convenience of setting of parameters of fast transition between territories and levels of detail of displaying is added.

9). At installation of the new version the saving the list of the user tasks into MAPTASK.INI is provided.
After installation of external applied tasks (libraries DLL) in the GIS the automatic connection of files with name MAPTASK.INI.NEW is carried out.

1). For the conventional sign, displayed from the BMP file, added property Transparent background. When setting this property does not appear the color belonging to a point in the lower left corner of the picture.

2). Refined task of constructing thematic maps from database tables. In the Data tab the option to configure a connection to the database Paradox, MS SQL Server, Oracle, ODBC, OLE DB Provider is added.

3). Refined task Atlas of maps. Changed interface of dialogue for work with map tree, raster and matrix, added support for project of maps (mpt) for quick transition between different projects, added information panel on the map in the map tree (Parameters).

4). Refined task import data from DXF. Added loading of data in a custom two-dimensional coordinate system with an arbitrary point of origin (UCS).

5). Added to the SDK sample of library of custom conventional signs, developed in Delphi (SDK\Ready\ImlApi\MyIML.PAS\).

27.10.09 Version 10.6.0

1). Supporting Parameters of the Earth PZ-90.02 instead of PZ-90 is added at recalculations of coordinates between different systems for an ensuring of reception of data from navigating receivers GLONASS according to the Order of Government of Russian Federation from June, 20th, 2007 № 797-p. Position of the points received from GPS (WGS-84), in CS-95 (CS-42) (Coordinate System-42) has changed within the limits of 0.5 meters, position of the points received from GLONASS (PZ-90.02), in CS-95 (CS-42) has changed within the limits of 2-3 meters (in comparison with PZ-90) on the European part of the Russian Federation.

2). Import of a cloud of dots (laser measurements) from LAS format is added. Open binary format LAS is intended for storage of records of the dots received by means of locators LIDAR (light detection and ranging), used for sounding thickness of the sea, a sea and terrestrial surface, an atmosphere.

3). The new task - Map creation in local coordinate system - is added. The task is intended for creation of a map in local coordinate system (LCS) on the basis of the open map supporting recalculation to geodetic coordinates. Again created map has the Large-scale plan type and contains objects with coordinates of the metrics in LCS. Construction of the large-scale plan in local system of coordinates is carried out according to parameters of recalculation in LCS. Start of a task from menu Tools\Run Application\Data transformation\Conversion of a map in LCS.

3). In the Check of vector map task in the control of topology of linear objects the number of given messages for points of joining is reduced.

30.09.09 Version 10.5.3

1). Support of local coordinate systems is added (LCS) at work with the maps supporting geodetic systems of coordinates (CS42, CS95, CS63, UTM/WGS84 and others) for viewing and editing the coordinates in LCS and automated formation of the land-management documentation in LCS. For switching coordinates into specified LCS on an any map it is necessary to set parameters of LCS in menu Options\Local coordinate system. Parameters of LCS can be set concerning various base systems, including, by the indication of the letter of zone CS-63 and the displacement of coordinates defined by any point, specified for two systems. At formation of Land-plan it is possible to choose system of coordinates of a map or LCS, that allows to execute requirements of Federal Agency of a cadastre of objects of the realty about transition onto LCS at conducting the state cadastre of the realty. The attribute of use of "LCS" is installed in options of "Geodesy editor", in dialogue "Parameters of the project for a geodesy and the land-surveying documentation" on page "Format of the data". Use LCS is realized in modes: "Land-plan", " Description of the ground area", "Land Surveying".

2). Export of a vector map to Excel table (XLS) is added. A call through menu File\Export to...\Data in table.

3). The interface of the Map Legend task is modified for management of visibility of objects, maps, rasters and matrixes, search of objects, viewing of classifiers and other problems.

4). The new task for the automated construction of a set of sheets of the large-scale plan (plane-tablet sheets) onto preset area is added. Start from menu File\New\Plan Sheets.

5). Map Editor task is modified.
Into Semantic panel the mode of creation of a symbolical line formed of the any text-pattern with inserts of values of selected semantics of object is added. The created line is placed into specified semantics of object.
The opportunity of automatic writing down into semantics of a map of date and time of creation and last editing of object (an additional option in parameters of Map Editor) is added.

6). New classifiers are developed: agro10t.rsc (for maps-schemes agricultural grounds, passports of fields, etc.), emercom.rsc (for the Ministry of Emergency Measures according to requirements of GOST 22.0.10-96), geology.rsc (for preparation and formation of engineering drawings at an execution of engineering-geological researches according to GOST 21.302-96), gradserv.rsc (for conducting a town-planning cadastre), telecomm.rsc (for conducting maps of the telecommunication equipment).

1). In the block of geodetic tasks the formation of land-plan is updated.
Functions of management by structure of a graphic part of the land-plan are modified. The automated technology of preparation and inclusion into structure of the land-plan of outlines of central points of borders of the ground areas is realized.
The writing down of outlines into two packages of office programs Microsoft Office Word and Open Office.org Writer is provided.
The instruction on formation of the land-plan is updated.

2). Creation of titles on semantics of objects task is modified.
Opportunities are added:
- Formation of the text of the title by coordinates X and Y with an opportunity of a choice of units of measure (m, km), quantities of signs before and after a comma;
- Formation of the title text by coordinates B and L with an opportunity of a choice of a format of the title (G.g, G M.m, G M S.s), with an opportunity of automatic addition to the text of an attribute of a hemisphere (N, S, E, W);
- an opportunity of Formation of the title text by H coordinate taken from a matrix of heights or by interpolation of heights of the next objects;
- an opportunity of Formation of the fixed text of the title at absence of specified semantics;
- an opportunity of Formation of the title in the form of the any text;
- an opportunity of addition to the formed text of a prefix and a postfix;
- automatic definition of accuracy of value of semantics by options in the classifier with an opportunity of its change;
- formation of the list of maps only from the maps accessible to editing;
- formation of the list of semantics only from semantics, presented at the selected objects concerning the chosen map;
- automatic search in the classifier (at presence of options) of the conformity of signed semantics and a code of the title;
- unification of all options into one dialogue;
- displaying of result before the close dialogue, an opportunity of a cancelling of the previous operation directly from dialogue of a task.

3). Graph of roads task is modified.
In modes "Minimal path between 2 points" and "Replacement of a site onto parallel arches" is added the taking of node of a network at moving the cursor to the specified vicinity.

4). The new converter Import of the graph of roads in GDF format - ISO/DIS 14825 "Intellectual transport systems" - Files of geographical data (GDF) is developed.

5). Correction of metrics of objects task is modified. The mode of transformation of the title text from UNICODE coding into text ANSI is added.

6). The mode of creation of the Topographical plan with an any division in systems of coordinates CS-95,42, UTM \WGS84 is modified.

1). Graphs of roads task is modified. The mode of replacement of a route from bilateral edges onto parallel unilateral edges is added. Between the points specified on a map the shortest route is created. The given route defines a site on which a replacement of network edges will be made.
The knot mode of deleting of knots from a network is modified. Deleting of knot which connects two edges, with merge of edges is added. The given task is an inverse one to a mode "Creation of a net knot".

2). Converter into DXF format is modified. The opportunity of formation of separate layers onto each kind of object on a map is added. The name of a layer is formed by value of field: Key (a short name) of object in the classifier of a map (RSC).

3). The new converter is developed for import of objects of vector maps from Excel format. A call is made through menu: File\Import from\Excel files with position data.

4). Into File\Update menu the support of Excel files for updating or additions of semantics of map objects from Excel table is added. Connection of map objects with the table is carried out by the preset field of Excel table containing number of object or unique value of the specified characteristic of map object.

5). The classifier of digital plans of cities map10000.rsc is updated.

30.06.09 Version 10.5.0

1). In the block of geodetic tasks the formation of "Land-plan" for two packages of office programs is realized:
- Microsoft Office Word;
- Open Office.org Writer.
For formation of land-surveying documents the same patterns and methods of filling are used. At creation of the report it is necessary only to specify type of a package of office programs.

2). Map Legend task is modified. Controls by matrixes and rasters in the document are added. In the menu by the right button it is possible to close a matrix or raster map in the document, to add it into the document, to change parameters of a matrix or raster map (modes: Matrix image, Projection parameters, etc.) and also to operate visibility of a map in structure of the document.

3). The converter into DXF format is modified. The option is added: Y without zonal number (for WGS, CS-42, CS-95) for formation of Y coordinate in DXF without number of a zone.

4). Map Editor task is modified. Into the Mark panel the mode of specifying a method of displaying the metrics of object in the form of a spline - a polyline or a circumflex spline is added. The choice of a method of inverting assumes, that the method of display of a contour of object will change onto opposite (a polyline onto a spline and on the contrary).

21.05.09 Version 10.4.1

1). The opportunity of setting of nonregular diapasons of a qualities matrix palette is added. The palette of a matrix of qualities contains the colors corresponding to diapasons of values of the quality's characteristic.
By default colors of a palette of a created matrix of qualities correspond to regular diapasons of values of the quality's characteristic (identical by absolute size of a difference of initial and final values). For installation of nonregular diapasons of a palette the user at creation of a matrix of qualities can set their top values.

2). Into the tasks panel of Map Editor into Set group the mode of association of objects and their signatures into group by semantics is added. The selected objects which contain Name of object semantics and the titles with the same texts are considered.
The objects incorporated into group, can be processed in common (moving, deleting, etc.).

3). The new converter: Export of the graph of roads into GDF is developed. It is intended for the import of the graph of roads created in the Graphs of roads task, to format of GDF(ISO/DIS 14825) of versions 3 and 4.

4). The new task: Calculating semantics by incoming objects is developed.
The task fills the specified characteristic of the selected polygon objects by values summation of the characteristic of objects or calculation of the objects amount of the specified type which is being in territory of edited objects. Start of the task can be made from the main menu: Tools\Run applications\Spatially-logical relations\Calculating semantics by incoming objects.

5). The user's guide on formation of the surveying plan (MejPlan.doc) is modified. Patterns of documents for reports are updated.

1). Geodesy editor task is modified.

The user's guide on formation of the surveying plan (MejPlan.doc) is modified.
For processing geodetic measurements the separate digital map classifier survey.rsc is developed (download). Layers and objects are included into it, providing qualitative designing of schemes and drawings for the surveying plan and other land-management documents according to the document "Methodical recommendations on conventional signs for displaying cadastral data on cadastral maps and other cadastral documents".
Means of formation of reports are developed for the multiplanimetric ground area.
The automated filling the report with formation of one or several surveying plans is realized. The mechanism of processing the detailed ground areas is improved.
The new modes are developed, providing the automated formation of the scheme of geodetic constructions at an execution of satellite measurements.

2). Graph of roads task is modified. The mode for formation of interdictions of turns and U-turns is added in the form of the table of transitions on crossroads.
Search of the shortest routes is carried out in view of the organization of movement on crossroads.

3). New task "Classifier translating" is developed, intended for automation of translation of names of layers, objects, semantics and classifiers of semantics from one language onto another. Start of the task is carried out from the main menu Tools\Run Applications\Classifier processing\Classifier translating.

4). GPS\GLONASS monitor task is modified. Processing of the receiver Garmin GPSmap 76 CS (connection through USB) is added. There are provided reading from the device of Way points, routes, trackLog' а , work in the ALMANAC mode and record onto the device of the selected point objects.

5). Support of S57 format is considerably improved:
- all procedures of displaying of standard objects are realized;
- classifier by rules of S57 format is complemented and corrected;
- support of a national language is realized;
- at import of a map from S57 the symbolical semantics which length is more than 256 bytes are processed.

6). Map Legend task is modified. Displaying of the maps list is added on the Classifier bookmark. It is added the opportunity to close the user map in the document, to add it into the document, to change parameters of the user map (modes: Edit, Select object, Object contents, etc.) and also to operate visibility of the user map in structure of the document (a pop-up menu by the right mouse button above the list of maps).

7). The opportunity of opening on the GIS Server 2008 (versions 1.1.4 and later) of the project of data (MPT) is added, including the list of maps, rasters and matrixes.

8). In the Construction of coordinate grid task the opportunity of constructions of a geodetic network in SC95 (earlier in SC 42 and WGS84) is added.

9). In import of TIFF files the processing of algorithm of compression FAX CCITT Group 3 is added.

10). In an applied task Editing of the objects metrics the mode of a turn of axes of objects coordinates (To change X <-> Y) is added. The mode can be applied for processing the maps imported from exchange formats, in which axes of coordinates have not a cartographical direction (X - upwards, Y - to the right).

11). Classifiers for digital navigation maps and plans of the cities created under GLONASS program are updated (Road10.rsc, Road25.rsc, Map10000.rsc).

12). It is updated SDK, source texts of the project mapscena.dll (gisdlgs.dll) are published, including standard dialogues for various tasks (Builder C ++).
